The Art Collection is set on the second floor of the Museum, and it is composed of works by the academic painter Stjepan Galetić, born in Ogulin in 1918. The author bestowed more than 170 artworks upon his hometown, together with their original frames which are over 80 years old. They are mostly painted in oil on canvas or hardboard, tempera on cardboard, plywood, paper and canvas, or watercolours. A valuable part of the collection is made of artworks (paintings, graphics, sculptures and drawings) by the participants of the Stjepan Galetić Art Colony, held in Ogulin during the summer months in the last few years. The participants of the Art Colony bequeathed their artwork inspired by Ogulin motifs to the Ogulin Museum.
